Just noticed I ate an outdated yogurt😳
And I'm a little worried...it tasted good, it's an Activia and I didn't notice until I'd eaten It that its 'best by' date was a month ago!
Should I be concerned?? I'm feeling a little bit queasy but I think it's just from the idea of eating outdated yogurt! Yuck! LOL
