I've had very consistent 36 day cycle with 5 day AF.

This cycle af came 4 days early bleeding has been alot lighter ane most of the time has basically been spotting it basically stopped yesterday afternoon even bd last night and no blood at all. Now this morning it's very light/spotting.

This is not normal at all for me. I have had cramping and constant back pain 😢 I just can accept that this is just a normal thing I feel different.

Could I have had a fertilized egg but then didn't grow properly?
