IUD OUT IF PLACE!

So about a week ago I started to feel pain in my lower stomach upper vagina area. I thought nothing of it. A day later I peed at work and blood came out when I wiped (also thought nothing if it because I was extremely stressed out) a few days later I told my mom about the pain because it kept getting worse! My fiancé took me to the local butler faster care and they sent me to the ER because they couldn't figure it out. I went to the ER they did lots of tests on me and told me I had bacterial vaginosis so I'm like ok? And they gave me an antibiotic and told me to call my gynecologist the next day for the soonest appointment! I went to my gyny yesterday and she said my iud was extremely out of place and she had to take it out right then and there! It was in my lower uterus instead of my upper. I had it over a year and I had no issues until then. Just letting y'all know what can happen!
