How many 500mg Tylenol is safe to take during pregnancy?

It’s weird because my primary care doctor said to take only one but my ob said I can take two. 
One doesn’t work for me anyways. (I’m not taking it for fun, I have a cold and bad bad headaches but can’t take anything besides steam and pain killers)

Depending on my headache usually depends but I sometimes take 1 and take 2 if I feel it’s really needed my ob said 2 was fine.

It was recommended to me by my ob when I was pregnant to take what was recommended on the Tylenol box itself, unless otherwise advised by my ob.
I was sick like head cold around the start of every trimester. It was annoying!
Tylenol, steamy showers, and lots of rest and naps! And water and food!
