Sorry for TMI. I am noticing small bumps every few days in my groin area. Even though I have not shaved recently, could these be hair related bumps? tiny but pain. I have one on the but /panty line area so it hurts when I sit. It goes away in some days but sometimw I see it spotting blood on my underwear. So its small but still a boil. Any external ointment or medicine to deal with this? They are like pimple size.
