A lot of sleep..

The last three days, I've been able to sleep in pretty much as late as I want ( I work in the late afternoons/evenings). Each night, I've gotten over 12 hours of sleep and still wake up to the alarm going off..! (I always set one just in case). Should I be concerned that I'm sleeping so much? I'm in my 20's so still pretty young.. Any thoughts?
