Woke up two mornings in a row with blood on my pillow

Has anyone ever woke up to blood on their pillow? This has happened to me the past two mornings. There is no blood anywhere else just several spots on the pillow. I have no blood on my face or head and cannot figure out where the blood is coming from.

I plan to call the doctor if it keeps up but I have no clue where it is coming from. I had a full blood panel drawn in July which came back completely normal, so hoping that it is nothing serious.

Anyone else ever have this?
