Looks like you might have itched it making a raspberry bruise. I can’t really see the rash because of the bruise. I’d try some hydrocortisone itch cream on it or some benedryl.

this exact same thing has happened to me a few times where it looks like that and is a little itchy. my derm said it’s from friction. watch and see it any of your bras or clothes are a little snug or if your doing any activities that cause friction on the area and try not to scratch. mine went away completely in a little less than a week.
