I couldn’t get pregnant with my third until I did keto for a few months and lost 12-14 pounds. So I’d say it helps

I know a handful of people that got pregnant EASY when they started Keto after years of trying! Clean keto is the way to be healthy fats, healthy veggies and good protein. Don’t eat by less Big Macs everyday! GOOD LUCK!!!!

Lol well I got pregnant (after being told I was infertile 2 years ago) after going on keto. Was not what I was planning lol. I’m still doing low carb as I have insulin resistance

Im not sure how to feel about keto tbh. I was excited at first when I heard these stories of TTC success after only a week or month so after 6 months of BFNs, on Dec 8th my husband and I both decided to try keto. I lost 10lbs in water weight the first week and have plateaued ever since pretty much.  We’re coming up on 90 days this week and nothing. Have lost only 14lbs (which is ok I guess but when you hear of people losing 20 in a month, my lack of results on both fronts (TTC & weight loss) has been extra discouraging.) Aside from that my bbt has been all over the place (see image), my cycles are the longest they’ve ever been... I’m on day 40 with no pms or period in sight. I had some blood tests done including a progesterone test on this CD21 and it didn’t even register which Dr says it suggests I didn’t even ovulate, so my Dr has called for another which has to be CD21 again and I’m just sitting here in TTC limbo on day 40(!!) waiting for my next darn period to come so I can get retested and TTC again... so very frustrating when you try everything you see succeeding for others with no results of your own. 🥺 I feel like I’ve had the opposite results, where people’s hormones and cycles have regulated, mine have disappeared.

I got pregnant everytime I was on keto 3 times.

With both of my kids it took me a couple months to conceive. Tried for a third (while being keto now for 6 months) and got pregnant on the first try. I don't know if that has anything to do with it but I'd say it won't do anything to prevent pregnancy!
