Period tracking
I get an actual period for 3 days and then nothing but then 3 days later I am very lightly spotting (dark brown) for 2 days, when do I log that my period actually ended. Because I’m not sure which ovulation prediction to go off of.
This month I began using an opk kit and based on that, I should log that my period ended on day 3.
