Rash in 3 months old ?! Help

Anyone know what this is ? What can i get for it ? And where ? Would like to make a store run for it!

My son had the same. I was told it could be heat rash, drool rash, or in my sons case eczema. We did find out it was eczema through his pediatrician. So I do recommend you take baby to see their doctor. 
But We use triple cream eczema care. I order it on buy buy baby. I haven’t been able to find it in stores yet. But this stuff is like magic, works within minutes! 
I also use the aveeno night time eczema cream 
On top of that I do less baths. 2 times a week one with soap one with just water. 
Immediately after a bath I put the aveeno then triple cream. Hope this helps

It looks like it could be exczema. I used Aveeno exczema nighttime therapy cream for my baby and it got rid of his rash.

Possibly heat rash. But I would call pediatrician, maybe they can do a virtual call to take a look at it.

Sorry it looked like a standard rash, could be hundred of things form these photos, I would guess heat rash it I’m not a doctor sorry
