Never wake a sleeping baby!!  For me the only exception is if you know it’s a poopy diaper.  You don’t wanna leave them sitting in that.

I change my baby’s diaper in the middle of the night even though he sleeps throughout because if I don’t, he out-pees it and wakes himself up sooner. 
He’s 5.5 months

I usually just wait until she wakes up for a feeding and even then if it doesnt seem too wet or isnt poop i leave it be

Never ever ever wake a sleeping baby! 
If you wake your baby to change him/her they’ll become stimulated - making it harder/longer for them to fall asleep afterwards
When my son started sleeping through the night I actually sized him up a whole size and pulled the straps tighter - bigger sizes hold more pee for smaller babies. I would only change him if he pooped - in that case he would wake up crying so you know something was wrong anyway
