ADVICE PLEASE COULD GLOW BE WRONG

I have not started my period yet and I had orangish looking cm when I check it on the 19 but that was it, my boobs and nipples have been extremely soar, I heard my old dogs quickly toy last night (he stepped on it accidentally) and I burst into tears but was playing with it with my best friends dog earlier that day just and example.of how emotional I've been. Should I wait should longer to test? Or should I test again? My last test was the 17 and the doctor said it was negative (went in for check up). Could I have ovulated later than glow said I did and maybe conceived one of the days my boyfriend came home from work? Trying not to get my hopes up! Just need some friendly advice please!
