Not Ovulating??

Question

I stopped taking birth control at the end of August.... I did not get a period in September but did get a period in October. No period this month and negative pregnancy tests. I've been using ovulation kits to try to track my cycle and each time they look negative. Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions would be great!

hi Kelly- it can definitely take a couple of months to regulate after BC. I didn't ovulate for 2 months - I got periods, but no sign of ovulation. I did "normalize" only to learn that our bodies change - for instance, my natural cycle is a little shorter. I suggest you pay attention to natural ovulation signs like cervical mucus, and when you think you're close, test twice a day so you don't miss your surge!
