Smoked in the first trimester - didn't know I was pregnant

I'm worried about my lil baby, I didn't realize I was pregnant until I was 12 weeks along and I've smoked cigarettes and weed daily. I'm currently stopping, which some people say stopping cold turkey isn't good for the baby, what's your opinion? Are there any mom's that smoke weed their entire pregnancy?
