Sertraline side affects?

So I started suffering from extreme panic attacks that came out of absolutely no where....I'd be at home watching TV and chilling and in a split second my heart would start racing and id instantly convince myself it was a heart attack...but it wasn't. It got really bad once where I could not calm down do I had to call an ambulance out of fear.

So my doctor diagnosed me with health anxiety and started me on sertraline.

It was great for the first few weeks I really noticed a difference.

However from the start I've been having trouble sleeping on it but I didn't mind that

BUT in the past week (the 4th week) i am sooooo dizzy!!! It always happens at night time, like the whole room is spinning, I'm fine during the day though which is weird 😔☹

Did anyone else get this?
