Co sleeping restless arms
I co sleep with my 4 month old. He sleeps in the crook of my arm, resting his head on my arm. Lately I've been having periods of restlessness in my arms. My husband thinks it could be because he could be cutting off my circulation. Any insights on this? It's the only way baby and I get any sleep!
