Birth Control w/o Parental Consent

My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost a year now and so naturally we have had sex. However, we do not often because I am not on birth control. My parents do not want me on birth control because they believe it promotes premarital sex. I understand their concerns and respect their opinion but I would much rather be on birth control and feel safer. Is there any way to get birth control without parental consent and without it going onto our insurance? I am 17.
