Advice please

Ladies I need your advice. Sorry this will be a long post. My last menstrual cycle was on 9/6. I've been spotting sense about 10/2. I took a pregnancy test on 10/6 which came out positive. I went to the doctor on 107 to find out my HCG levels since I miscarried 4 years ago. My levels came back at 34, I went in again yesterday and my levels increased to 86. They want me to come back on Friday to redraw.

Again I've been spotting for over a week now. Nothing like filling a pad or anything but today this is what i got when I wiped... Im not sure if I should call the doctor or wait until Tuesday.. Im nervous, concerned... Help please 😢
