How do u cope with stress?
So I was a smoker before we started trying to concive. January will be a year of not smoking and I find lately all I want is a cigarette 😩 I don't know what to do. I don't know what to substitute that coping strategy with. I exercise that works a little for a short period but cigarettes where such an easy fast problem solver... I don't want to fall back into once I have my little girl feb 4th. But lately that's what goes through my head. I count the weeks now not because I'm excited to meet her but so I can smoke and that makes me feel more like crap then I already do. I really need some suggestion! What do you lady's do when ur stressed and fed up with what's delt to you in life?
