Baby Acne?

Question

My 3 week old has recently got a lot of baby acne, is there anything I can do or should do to help clear it up?

It goes away on its own. I was told by doc to put nothing on it. But I noticed, that the acne gets worse when my boy has "milky cheeks", he breastfeed and he gets milk on cheeks and I just wiped it away, still got acne, now I wipe with a damp cloth and he gets much less of it.
