Didn’t do much today, but I did enough

Today I’ve simply just felt like crap and it’s probably because of the bad migraine I have, or it just could of simply been one of my low days.

I didn’t eat much today, but did eat at least three meals.

I drank two and a half bottles of water(it’s a 24 oz bottle).

I somehow managed to figure out a part of a project I’m doing.

Then at night I managed to wash my face, brush my teeth, brush my hair, apply something on my lips from stopping them from being dry and chapped and took some CBD oil to help me sleep!

There are such “little things” but I’m proud I had enough I guess motivation to do these “little things”; because there are many days where I don’t feel like doing them.🥰🙏
