I’ve had cramps for like the last week and a half.. but the past 3 days I’ve been extremely exhausted. I’ve taken a nap all three days & i don’t ever nap. I’m 12 DPO today

Fatigue kicked in for me before I even got my BFP. That doesn’t mean it happens for everyone. It was my only symptom. Take a test!

No it wasn’t immediate for me. First was feeling hotter than usual and then needing to pee often. 
Then after like week 5 or six I started to feel sick and tired

I didn't get fatigued until I entered my second trimester on my first pregnancy, not at all on my next 3 but they all ended before 6 weeks, my fourth it started at about 11 dpo (implantation took place about 8dpo). It's different for everyone and even every pregnancy. I also get fatigue as a PMS symptom some cycles.

The exhaustion didn’t kick in for me until like 7ish weeks I think!
