Should I baby dance again? I'm confused

I came off the mini pill early last week I had intercourse with my husband yesterday, I had a temp rise so we did the deed. And today I have had egg white CM should I baby dance again today? I have my opk sticks on the way but I know egg white CM is the fertile sign so I want to know if we should do the deed again today or if I am in ovulation today will yesterday be enough?
