Change in CM pregnancy symptom?

Normally start to dry up after O, during tww. Noticed heavy watery cm, to where I felt it before even wiping or checking CM. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy? Currently 6 dpo and about 7 days til expected AF. Just wondering if this could be a sign but I know it's still to early to test. FX!
