Yeast infection with IUD

Has anyone else had yeast infections that seem to keep coming back? I had Kyleena for a year and three months back in April and since then I’ve had either many yeast infections or the same infection that won’t go away. I also had one in January, just a week before I hit the year mark and I had BV in June.

I read that this could be a side effect of progestin only birth control and I definitely plan on going to the doctor, but I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced any issues like this
