Thrush??

So I’m starting to think my baby has thrush. She is 5 weeks old, and yesterday I noticed a few dark spots in her tongue. She does have a white coating on her tongue and it doesn’t wipe off. I exclusively breastfeed and she doesn’t seem to be having a problem feeding, and I still have almost no nipple and breast pain. I’ll be calling her dr tomorrow to make an appointment (since today is Sunday) I’m just really nervous about continuing to breastfeed and my milk supply. Breastfeeding has been going soo well with my daughter and I want it to stay that way! 😭😭
