Same with our 2 year old boy.  Dr said it’s nothing to be alarmed with right now.  As he grows taller and stronger if he still seems to have these issues we will address then.  It’s usually easy to resolve with proper shoes etc

I actually took my daughter (15 months) to see a physio recently for this very reason. They said she is hypermobile and her ankles roll in to give her the extra stability that she needs. It's not serious, and from what I understand quite common, but she needs to wear orthotics and sturdy shoes. I have to (try to 🙄) do a few exercises with her too. This is of course not necessarily the same as your situation, but it can't hurt to get it checked out if only to ease your mind.

Do you notice it when he walks, or if he has shoes on? I would make an appt with his pediatrician, it can't hurt anything.
