Severe Back pain
I have had hip and back pain for forever but it is so severe right now...every time baby moves I feel muscle spasms in my back...hip and back pain is so severe at the end of the day I can't even walk, all I can do is shuffle like an old lady. Tylenol does not even take the edge off! Any home remedies? Can you do heat packs w/o harming baby?
