This far along it’s normal. Baby has pushed your organs up and everything is scrunched up. If you’re worried bring it up to your doctor but it’s likely just  baby taking up all the room

Definitely not “normal” but there’s so many things that can cause that. Just ask your doctor and see what they think. Are you on any medications or anything? Could be as simple as high blood pressure.
