I am so unsure if I’m having Braxton Hicks or real contractions 😩 I’m 39 +1 - I for sure lost my mucus plug last Friday and last week I was 2 cm and 50 % now tonight for the past 1 1/2 hour I’ve been crampy and I feel that tightening feeling across my lower tummy which makes me tense and clench up my whole body naturally. Then I wiped after peeing and had this only 1 time. Is this concerning or like normal ? FTM & idk what to do or what to expect they told me last week to only come to hospital if I’m for sure having contractions that are 5 minutes apart lasting for 1 minute. I’m so confused and uncomfortable 😩 I can walk talk move and breath but this is so uncomfortable
