Bloat or weight gain??
I’m 4w5d and gained three pounds in two days. I’ve been watching what I eat as always. But I’ve added some healthy fats like salmon and almonds. But I’m still working out as much as I was before so I’m not sure if others have gained weight this early on and it’s just bloating or if I need to cut back? I know you shouldn’t really gain any weight in the first trimester so I’m not trying to “eat for two” here. Just want to know if this is normal
