Conflicted

So my boyfriend who plans on being my fiance soon is in prison for sexual misconduct when he was 18 he dated someone who was a year younger than him in 2016. Now he is on the sex offender list.

We dated for a little bit in 2015 while in highschool but we broke up. Over the years we have kept in contact.

Now we are a couple I feel so bad but I love him so much. I just hate that he has to go through this. For something that is serious but is hard to understand how to deal with.

He also was charged with kidnapping because the girl parents didn't know where she was.

So instead she said that he made her be with him so she wouldn't get in trouble with her parents
