Uterus feels heavy??

I’m supposed to start my period today. I have like a dull pain on the left side of my lower abdomen. But the bottom of my stomach or uterus feels really heavy - anyone else experience this?

The cycle that we conceived my uterus felt SO heavy. It ended in a chemical but that had nothing to do with my symptoms. Today I’m 13dpo and got a bfn on my beta and my uterus feels heavy just like last time, so idk. Could just mean my lining is thick.
