I need help...

So, my baby was born 11-05-2019. Me and my husband have been trying for baby #2 because we wanted our kids close in age. Anyway, I’ve been testing and testing and nothing. BFN’s across the board. Well I was never able to breastfeed and I dried up after he was 3 months old. Today I started leaking colostrum. What does this mean?
