Menstrual cramps?

I'm 19w and been having menstrual cramps for basically a week. Sometimes they are bottom of uterus and other times top. I'm not in severe pain (and doc checked my cervix) so not labor, and baby is fine. They are painful enough I need an aspirin to be comfortable, and usually worst in the middle of the night.

Has anyone else had this?

I'm 19 weeks also and I'm getting them all this week :/ I'm not sure why..maybe is ligament pain? Not sure will ask my doc is always good to get a second opinion if you keep getting them Hun

It's normal, but don't take aspirin. Tylenol is safe. Cramps are normal due to growth. Hang in there.

Probably your uterus growing and round ligaments stretching. I get it every day. Not fun but apparently it's a normal thing ☺️ also I'm pretty petite so I don't know if that factors in more with getting cramps...

I don't have cramps but my uterus feels achy a lot.

I've had them about 17 weeks, they've subsided but I went to the doctor to get them checked out cause they scared me to. I was told growing pains! They're definitely uncomfortable.

Unfortunately I had a miscarriage last weekend (19w2d). My symtoms pretty much stayed the same other than it became uncomfortable to sit or lay down at times. The night before I was waking up a lot from cramps - worse than before but not severe. All I can say is that if you have any concerns about cramps (or any symtoms) keep talking to your doctor. I just trusted that "pregnancy is weird but you're fine" thing and didn't follow up again... Not that it would have made a difference, but I do feel like I didn't listen to my gut that there may have been a bigger issue going on. I hope I don't scare anyone by sharing. I hope all of you go on to have healthy and happy pregnancies :)
