Is my real estate agent being a bitch?

Our real estate agent isn’t giving me good vibes

First off she cusses which is very unprofessional, she’s always in casual clothes which honestly doesn’t bother me at all

But the things that’s been the most annoying to me is these houses we want to see she’s asked twice something along the lines of if we can afford it . To me that’s none of their business , and we aren’t 10 years old. I thought maybe shesjust had ppl waste her time?

I asked to see a few houses and she was like are they in “so and so” $ amount range that she thinks we can afford
