Accidentally may have eaten undercooked breakfast sausage?
I was making sausage balls with ground breakfast pork sausage. I cooked them at 400 for about 20 minutes. I took one out to test it and it was steaming inside, I took a small bite. After further inspection I noticed the sausage bits did not seem fully done but it was hard to tell since it was mixed in with flour and cheese. I’m scared now that I had a bit of what could have been raw breakfast sausage. Should I call my OB?
