Had my tubes clamped & regret it, but not because of not being able to have more kids

I had a tubal in July. Ever since I’ve been different. Moody, tired but can’t sleep, sore breasts, bloated all the time but my upper stomach (above abdomen, below chest) is hard and swollen all the time. I just feel all this is connected to that damn clamp. Has anyone else had this experience??
