Please help

Is this a miscarriage? I’m 6weeks 4 days. Ive been feeling good until today. I’m having pretty bad cramping that feel like period cramps. Been having light pink discharge all day until it goes slightly worse in the evening. Please help. I’m crushed right now.

Also, may I add. I’m out of country right now on a business trip with my husband. I’m terrified going to a hospital not in the United States. I’m just scared. I don’t know what to do.
