Sore nipples

Any breastfeeding/pumping moms out there?

What are you doing for your nips? I pump 95% of the time and nurse once or twice a day if she is in the mood (she likes her bottle)

My nipples are sore and red.. I’ve tried lanolin and burts bees multipurpose ointment- they help a little but I need something that will really give me relief. I’ve cut down my pumping bc I was in over supply so I’m not doing it at often so I thought they’d feel better 😣 it hurts when I shower and if anything rubs against them ugh

Any advice ?
