So my 4 year old son has been peeing himself lately, he can be playing and casually pees himself. It’s honestly frustrating me at this point because I’m starting to think it’s a behavior issue thing.

I had gotten him checked out for that reason and his doctor said he’s perfectly fine, no bladder problem or anything.

When he pees himself he knows he did it, because as soon as I see his underwear wet I ask him why did he pee himself and he looks at me with this face he does..

It’s to the point now he doesn’t even say he needs to go pee, he’ll literally just pee himself, or do the potty dance then pee himself and continue to play. I literally have to guess when he has to go and just have him go to the bathroom. But at this age I shouldn’t have to be doing that, he’s been potty trained for years now & just started doing this a few months ago. I literally don’t know what to do . And I don’t understand why hes doing this. He used to tell me all the time “caca, or peepee” if he needed to go, he doesn’t anymore.
