Please Help

So my previous post was that I've been having bleeding which i don't call implantation anymore i tested positive and im 4 weeks and 5 days today, i went to ER on sunday and they couldnt see anything through ultrasound they said im still very early and with my blood test results my level was 112, my bleeding started on Saturday night at 8. Today there's still bleeding and the color is bright red, no clots I dont know what's going on if this is implantation bleeding or it's a miscarriage. I have an 8 months old son and i had a csection not sure if that affects all that bleeding. Im still waiting on my ob to call me back to go in for a blood test im reallys stressing don't know what to do anymore.
