Help!! Period stopped for a week and came back with force

Ugh I am so frustrated!! I ended my period on October 2. Come Sunday October 11 it starts again! I was experiencing horrible headaches, fatigue, and nausea all last week. Figured I was just looking at my phone to much. I have chronic migraines/ headaches. Then this happened, I am so annoyed. It is the second time this has happened. First time on a new pill I am taking. It's brown to pink in color, I have ovary pain also. I just hope it doesn't last for two weeks again 😫.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm starting to think I may have PCOS. I have been having my period since I was 11, 27 now and this is the first time I am experiencing such irregularness.
