Sore boobs 😫!!

Over the last 3-4 days i've had exteremly sore boobs, especially around the nipple area. Even though i've never experienced pain like this before (with periods, the pill, rtc) i didn't think much of it. But its been consistent and seems to be increasing and area around the top half of my breast is quite hard.. I'm only 16 and i'm not sexually active so i don't know what it could be. Anyone have any ideas?
