Uti symptoms after Depo

I started the depo shot about 2 years back and just recently got off of it in March. A few months into taking the shot I started having UTI symptoms really bad and they never went away, I still have them now in October. It’s like i’ve had a strong UTI for almost a year and a half, every single day. Does anyone know anything about this or what it might be?
