UTI symptoms after Depo

I started Depo about 2 years back, a few months after starting it, I started developing really strong UTI symptoms. I got off of the shot in March of 2020, being on it 1 year to 1 1/2 years and i’m still having symptoms . It’s like i’ve had a UTI for almost 1 1/2 years, every single day. does anyone know what this could be/mean?
