Eggs?
Our pediatrician told us today at the 6 month visit to start introducing foods that are normally allergens, like eggs, fish, peanuts, etc. How are you guys doing that?
Im scared of her choking (so far she’s only had purée), and also, how do you cook the eggs? Do you add oil? Salt?
Those questions didn’t hit me until after I left the appointment 🤦🏼♀️
