This is so hard

I went in for a scan on Wednesday and we seen our baby I was 9w4d, except there was no heartbeat we are so devastated. I have had no bleeding and no cramping at all. I think I'm going to have the d&c procedure coz I don't think I could cope with seeing anything coming out of me. And I have just found out the baby's heart stopped beating at 9w3d so just one day before my scan. We went for our first scan when I was 6w4d and it was only a little peanut then when we seen how big it had grown we were ecstatic until the news that there was no heartbeat. Just trying to be strong right now but all I keep thinking is that I am carrying my baby around with me that is no longer alive. I'm going to request a last scan before I go through with the d&c just to be sure. Love and light to you all 💜💙💚💛❤️
