Mucus plug/bloody show?

So I’ve been in early labor since Monday and am now 3-4cm dilated as of yesterday. This just came out of me. Just started to have contractions (but I’ve been having contractions every night the last two nights)... Would you think tonight is the night?

The day I had my bloody show, it was multiple pieces throughout the day with contractions, but they weren't too painful (I am a nurse and worked the whole day with contractions). By about 5pm, I called the midwife and she checked me, I was 5cm and 80%. Baby girl was born at 11:08 pm. They were about 5 minutes apart and lasting 45 seconds to 1 minute when I called her.

Maybe, maybe not. If your contractions get to about every 5 minutes for about a minute each for an hour or more and are increasing in intensity you might wanna go get checked. You’ll know when they’re painful enough. Good luck mama!
